A Question Before You Scale

If Your Next Big Opportunity Arrived Tomorrow, What Would Feel the Strain First?

More revenue can also mean more decisions, coordination, and delivery pressure. These are the challenges that sound familiar to many owners.

A conversation starter for your business, not a formal assessment.

Where Would You Focus?

01 The team still needs me too often. Important decisions wait for your approval, even when capable people are in place.
02 More work creates more friction. Handoffs break down, roles overlap, and the same problems keep coming back.
03 Our growth plans lose momentum. Urgent work wins. Strategic priorities have no consistent owner or review.
04 We need to prepare for what is changing. New opportunities and AI raise questions about where to focus and what to strengthen first.

Your Starting Point

Bring Your Real Questions.

Whatever questions you have about growth, leadership, capacity, or the Texas cohort, just come with them. You do not need a polished plan.

A Few Things You May Want to Know.

How is this different from a strategy workshop?

You work on your company’s priorities, leadership, and execution tools, then continue applying them with 12 months of group mentoring. The emphasis is on building an approach your team can use in the business.

Who will I speak with on the call?

Your initial Zoom conversation is with Rajesh Tedla. This is the place to discuss your company, your priorities, and how VEGA© and the partnership may be relevant. Mark’s participation in specific sessions can be discussed with the team.

Should I bring another leader from my company?

It can help to include a key leader who will share responsibility for execution. Discuss your team and the cohort participation requirements with Rajesh before registering.

What about the venue and investment?

The Texas cohort is scheduled for November 5, 6 & 7, 2026 in the Greater Austin area. Ask Rajesh or Kumar for the venue, current investment, preparation, and availability before making travel or enrollment arrangements.
